Stage 1 Abstract selection: All abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Committee. Authors of approved abstracts will be requested to submit full article. Approval of the abstract at this stage does not guarantee that the full article will be approved and included in the programme. Articles must pass through two more reviewing stages to be finally approved.
Stage 2 Article selection: Articles that fully comply with the format requirements will be peer-reviewed. Authors of approved articles will be requested to submit a final article with the changes suggested by the reviewer. At this stage, articles will be recommended for oral presentation or poster presentation. Articles that are not written in accordance with the established format will not be considered for review.
Stage 3 Final articles: Articles will be reviewed by the Technical Committee to ensure all the modifications have been made as per reviewers' comments at stage 2. At this stage, articles will be confirmed for oral presentation or poster. Final articles accepted for oral presentation will be published in the MAPLA 2010 proceedings.
Author's mandatory registration: Please note that only articles of attending authors can be included in the proceedings and the technical programme. At least one author per article must be fully registered with the fees duly paid by 7 July.
