(1) All authors whose articles have been approved and who wish for their articles to appear in the Proceedings MUST register before 7 July 2010. Articles from authors not fully registered by this date will NOT be included in the Proceedings nor in the Technical Programme.
(2) To use the Academic fee benefit, a copy of a document confirming full time professor/instructor status at a Chilean or foreign educational establishment must be faxed to +56(2) 652 1570.

| PAYMENT |
| Bank fees (for overseas money orders, deposits, wires, etc.) will NOT be deducted from the registration fee. All deposits, transfers or intermediary bank charges must be paid separately by the participant upon making the transaction.
International Delegates
Payment must be made by credit card ONLY. Major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, Diners - are accepted. Complete information to charge a credit card must be provided on the registration form.
Please note that your registration is valid only when payment has been fully processed.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
Cancellations will be accepted only if completed in written form before 1 August 2010. After this date all registered participants must pay the full conference fee. Upon cancellation a fee of CLP $90.000 / USD $190 must be paid. This cancellation fee includes a copy of the proceedings, which will be sent to the participant's postal address.
